Fifty years have passed since the first Dominican priests came to Belmont, to what is now the parish of Our Lady of Graces and St Martin. To celebrate the Golden Jubilee of the Dominican presence, this booklet was produced, containing much material of great historical interest: fascinating photographs, recollections of some long-term parishioners and a bundle of statistics, all telling the story of the Dominican friars and sisters and the faithful people of Belmont - Carina - Carindale... from Mass in a tent (illegally errected!) to the modern, solemnly consecrated (and perfectly legal) church in which we now worship.

Included are stories and photographs of St Martin's School and San Sisto College, both an integral part of the story.
